You will have access to Auto Accessory Menu's accessory catalogue so that you can create Accessory Menus with up to 6 models per page. We provide part numbers, descriptions, and prices as well as a template with pictures of the models you choose.

You choose the models and accessories you want, enter your custom markup and labor rates, and print the menu right from your screen.

Have your Service Advisors hand every customer who comes into Service the new Accessory Menu.

Have "Accessory-Menu-Displays" placed throughout the Operation – In the Waiting Lounge, at the Cashier, on the Parts Counter, in the Service Loaners, in the Service Shuttle and/or any and every place customers gather.

Consider multiple menus carefully – Having Menus for the Showroom/Sales Department is advantageous, realize that customers in the showroom can "build" accessories into their monthly payments. This suggests that "bigger" or "more-expensive" accessories (e.g. spoilers / running boards / wheels) will have a greater sales ratio in the showroom.

Whereas, in the Service Drive, smaller, more impulsive items will have a greater success, as they cannot be built into a monthly payment. In Service, they will require payment in full, so big-ticket items will have fewer sales. Focusing on items like mudguards, wind deflectors, iPod adaptors, winter floor mats are more likely to have sales success!

In the Parts Area, recognize that the customers who buy parts at the retail counter, are more of the "do-it-yourself" customers, and the do-it-yourself items tend to have more success. Also, with a Parts-Counter based Accessory Menu, you also want to encourage do-it-yourself customers to become "dealership-service" customers, so consider your focus carefully.
